Project Coordinator

Milica Milović Kinoli

Milica is a photographer, graphic designer, human rights and social justice activist and youth coach. From 2008, she has been cooperating with the Volunteer Center of Vojvodina, the Serbian branch of the international peace organization – Service Civil International (SCI). She is also one of the founders of the GAIA SCI organization in Kosovo as well as the Balkan Art Zone organization from Priština. Over the years, she has designed and organized various non-formal educational programs, addressing the themes of peace, human rights and active citizenship through the arts and activism. During her active involvement in regional NGOs, she worked as a program coordinator in the field of peace promotion, social justice, education and integration of marginalized and minority groups. She was the project coordinator on the project „Humanitarian Assistance and Protection Related Interventions to People on the Move in Serbia“. Milica uses her artistic skills (photography, video and music) as a tool to promote social justice and human rights and strengthen critical thinking and civic engagement against injustice and social inequality. 

Milica completed the basic studies in applied photography and specialist studies in design at the Higher Education Technical School of Professional Studies in Novi Sad.

Project Associate

Gabriela Kovač

A professor with many years of experience dedicated to education and work with children, youth and adults. A supporter of healthy lifestyle habits and a fighter for environmental protection. She enjoys playing, singing, dancing, being in nature and spending time with her relatives and friends. She has been employed at the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization since 2022.

Gorana Sredanović

She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and is engaged in projects dealing with the protection of marginalized groups. She was part of the legal component of the project “Social inclusion of Roma and other vulnerable groups in Serbia” and the project “Mobilization and development of the Roma community – a step forward”. During her previous work experience, she worked in a law office. She was also engaged in the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization in the position of Project Associate on the project “Humanitarian Assistance and Protection Related Interventions to People on the Move in Serbia”. 

She likes to spend her free time with friends and in nature. She lives and works in Novi Sad.

Project Associate

Milisav Milinković

Milisav by profession specialist – human resources manager and youth worker. He completed his basic studies in journalism at the Novi Sad School of Journalism. Many years of experience in creating policies, strategies, trainings and action plans for the governmental, non-governmental and business sectors as well as in coordinating projects and programs at the local, regional, national and international levels.

Milisav is a consultant, trainer and co-author of several manuals, research and publications in the field of non-formal education, organizational management and peace culture. He deals with management, youth policy, public relations, youth information work, intercultural learning and is an advocate of non-violent culture and peace education.

Worked as MEAL officer (monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning) on ​​the project “Humanitarian Assistance and Protection Related Interventions to People on the Move in Serbia”.

Project Associate

Tijana Đorđijevski

An economist, completed her bachelor studies at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad. During her studies, she completed two courses: Accession of Serbia to the EU-1 within the action of Serbia’s accession to the European Union and Regional economic integration of the Western Balkans in the context of European integration within the Monnet module and Application of EU values in the politics of candidate countries. During her studies, she did an internship at NLB Bank. She gained previous work experience as an associate in the archives of OTP Bank. Since March 2022, she has been working in the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization as Project Associate on the project “Humanitarian Assistance and Protection Related Interventions to People on the Move in Serbia”.

Occupational Workshop Leader

Aleksandra Mirimanov

independent artist, consultant in integrative art psychotherapy, project manager

In addition to bachelor studies of Pinting at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and three years of education in the psychotherapy modality – Integrative Art Psychotherapy, Aleksandra Mirimanov also completed the educational program of the Center for Women’s Studies in Belgrade. She attended professional training programs aimed at providing support to children who are victims of domestic violence, abuse and neglect, as well as training in working with people on the move. She participated in several group exhibitions of expanded media and, in addition to that she had two solo exhibitions. Within the Experimental Art Laboratory, she worked on the integration of movement, free artistic expression and critical thinking. She worked as a waitress in a vegan restaurant, an art teacher in a preschool, a teacher in a high school, a coordinator and author of socially engaged projects of international cooperation. Currently, she is also active as a member of the team for gender equality within the civil movement Bravo.

Ana Ilić-Panjković

Designer of applied arts, visual and interdisciplinary artist 

She graduated on the subject “Japanese designers of the 80s of the 20th century” in the class of Professor Jasmina Pantelić, University of Belgrade Braća Stamenković, and obtained the title of graduate designer for textiles and clothing. She works with informal education within citizens’ associations, governmental and non-governmental organizations. She conducts educational and occupational activities, psycho-social support for persons belonging to inclusive groups. By transferring skills and knowledge, she promotes old and artistic crafts, preservation of intangible cultural heritage and provides users with lifelong knowledge. Since 2009, she is the entrepreneur of the craft art workshop “RUSTIKANNA”, www.rustikanna.sudio, which is often presented as an example of good practice in the country and abroad (Hungary, Germany, Croatia, England, Romania, Montenegro, Japan). She participates in programs of revitalization of Stapar carpets and has won first prizes at the Pirot and Stapar weaving colonies. With the acquired knowledge and skills in the field of applied arts (old trades) sculpting, embroidery and weaving, she conducts training for children, young people and women, unemployed people, people with disabilities and migrants. In “HKUD Vladimir Nazor” she has been the head of the sculpture section since 2016. Also, she is a President of the section for old crafts in the General Association of Entrepreneurs Sombor and an educator at embroidery workshops for women within the City Museum of Sombor and the Association of Old Crafts of Sombor and Serbia. She is a member of the theater group “DREAMERS” at the National Theater Sombor. 

Since childhood, she has been painting and participating in art colonies and exhibitions in the country and abroad. She has worked on art projects in public areas – murals that ennoble and sensitize the environment (public square in the city center, safe house, migrant reception camp, schools and homes…). She lives and works in Sombor.

Ivana Inđin

interdisciplinary artist, educator and art therapist

She studied pedagogy and pedagogical disciplines (Teacher Training Academy), psychology and psychotherapy (human resources (FAM), Enneagram (CIPAS)), spiritual and physical development programs (Gurdjieff, Feldenkrais, Chi Gong, Thai Chi, Dru Yoga), expressive therapies (ICTEP), body therapies (Yumeiho, Shiatsu, Thai, Reiki), theatre (experimental theatre, visual theatre, applied theatre, anthropological theatre), visual arts (painting, performance (AU)), dance (impro, Butoh, traditional Balkan dances ) and gender studies (ACIMSI). Her artistic and psychotherapeutic practices, as well as anthropological methodologies are focused on: personal-oral histories, gender, and people with different abilities in different social and personal contexts.
She runs programs related to experimental theatre practice, fine arts, expressive and body therapies using and developing her own methodology based on everything she has learned theoretically and confirmed experientially. Over time, this methodology gained a non-linear approach and interdisciplinarity.
She led workshops, gave lectures, had exhibitions, has performed, gave individual and group sessions in the countries where she lived (Yugoslavia, Italy, Slovenia, the Netherlands), as well as in others: Germany, Bulgaria, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Iceland, Hungary , the Czech Republic, Romania and India. The war in Yugoslavia, forced migration, increasing violence, sharpened: her internal questions regarding the possibilities of human and community evolution through art and intensified her need to deal with understanding the human psyche and healing emotional wounds, as well as
the transformation of society. He currently lives in the village Kolut near Sombor, in Serbia.

Tatjana Marticki

artist

She received her B.F.A. with Honours (2019) and M.F.A (2021) in Fine Arts, module Graphics, at the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad, under the mentorship of professor Anica Radošević Babić. So far, she had several solo exhibitions and presented her work in more than 60 national and international group exhibitions. She has won several awards for her work: 2nd Award Silver Point at the 15th International Graphic Biennale – Dry Point (Užice, 2021), The Annual Award of the Department of Fine Arts for the most successful artistic work in the art discipline Graphics (Academy of Arts, 2019), and The Endowment Funds Award of Matica Srpska for the most successful students in the final years of schools and colleges (2020).She participated in several international art colonies (Serbia, North Macedonia), as well as in numerous projects and workshops for adults and children in the field of printmaking, artists book and installation, education, inclusive arts, and occupational therapy workshops. She is a member of The Union of Associations of Fine Artists of Vojvodina since 2020, and in 2022. she became a member of Assoc. Shock Cooperative and Assoc. Graphic Network in Novi Sad.

Dragana Drljević

She completed her bachelor academic studies at the Faculty of Education in Sombor, majoring in classroom teaching. In 2016, she was hired as an associate at the “Mika Antić” Home for neglected children in Sombor, where she provides psychosocial support to children without parents. In 2019, she started working in the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization on the project “Empowerment of refugee women and children” as an educator, and later as a project collaborator in the field at the Reception Center in Sombor. As an educator, she provides support in education through the daily organization of educational, creative, sports and social workshops for refugee children staying in the Reception Center. As a project associate, she helps in the inclusion and socialization of young people from marginalized groups in the local community. She is the author of the publication “Book about our friendship”, which was created as a product of workshop work with refugee children. Since 2022, parallel to the above, she has been engaged as a volunteer in the project “Humanitarian Assistance and Protection Related Interventions to People on the Move in Serbia” where she contributes to the implementation of the mentioned project on the ground with her experience, knowledge and skills. She participated in various trainings organized in the field of communication skills and techniques, as well as conflict management. She speaks Spanish and English.
